This book presents a series of research related to the Colombian armed conflict, specifically, it explores novel issues such as obstetric violence or the victimization of women in relation to the crime of forced disappearance of persons. It also includes the development of classic themes of legal literature with a gender focus related to the responsibility of the State and the employment of women as instruments of war.In a world that is increasingly global and systematically fragmented, war continues to generate victims. In this reality, men, women and people with diverse gender identities have suffered the horrors of the struggle between human beings. However, the suffering of each one is different, precisely because women or people with a diverse gender identity live and feel conflicts in a different way. In this sense, the purpose of this work is to disseminate a series of studies and reflections on war from a gender perspective.
