In this article, the author discusses gender issues in the U.S. military, particularly the need to eliminate the social niceties about gender and adopt a mission-focused gender policy in the U.S. Army. Also cited are the military inefficiencies caused by the norm of gender separation, as well as other related topics like billeting separation, segregated berthing, and mentorship pairings.
