Abstract

This text aims to analyze the adoption and the uses of the concept of victim by the Colombian feminist movement, in its efforts to denounce the effects of war in women’s lives. It proposes a series of reflections concerning the reasons and problems that have influenced the conceptual choices, discourses and judicial strategies of the movement, in the context of the Colombian armed conflict, in political as well as in juridical terms.
