Abstract

This made-for-television autobiography charts the rise and fall of Jean Moulin (1899–1943), a famed hero of the French Resistance during World War II. A rising leftist politician from Chartes, Moulin fell victim to anti-communism that ran rampant through the Vichy government. He returned representing General Charles De Gaulle to unite the Resistance movement, only to fall to betrayal, torture, and death.
