DigiBaeck: German-Jewish History Online

Created by the Leo Baeck institute of New York and Berlin, DigiBaeck is a site providing users access to digital collections about German–speaking Jews in the modern world. Total digitized holdings exceed 3.5 million pages, and include archival materials, memoirs, manuscripts, books and periodicals. They also include art, photos, and sound recordings. The site provides basic and advanced search functions, as well as browsing by the type of source. Some holdings are in English, and all collections have English-language guides and descriptions.
